We got our regular basket (cucumbers, yellow squash, corn, eggplant, blackberries, carrots, some HUGE heirloom yellow tomatoes, and apples), and our fruit box (cantaloupe, more blackberries, more apples, peaches, nectarines, and raspberries).
I made a pasta salad for dinner last night and used up 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, and 1 tomato. I'm thinking of doing eggplant parm with the eggplant. Probably make a tomato-cucumber salad. No idea on the yellow squash--we've had SO much of it this summer! Maybe stuff it with a taco-inspired mixture (BF LOVES Mexican food). Will grill the corn and peaches. Eat the apples as a snack at work. Make something for a party I'm going to this weekend with the rest of the fruit lol. Feed the leftover fruit to BF's parrots.

Cucumber, zucchini, green onions, 2 bunches of kale, dandelion greens, broccoli, lettuce, nectarines, cherries, apricots.
Cucumber is going into adult beverages next weekend. 1 zucchini was put in a hash for breakfast this morning. Kale is being used in polenta and kale chips. Dandelion greens are going to be sauteed down with garlic and onions for a salad. Broccoli roasted with lemon. Lettuce will be used on the taco salads and other salads throughout the week.
DH will take the apricots and nectarines for breakfast. I'm making fresh vanilla icecream to go with the cherries right now.
