Ha, that reminds me of a Mythbusters episode where they tested the concept of "throwing like a girl" and it turns out that girls throw with equal speed and greater accuracy than boys in several younger age groups, and continue to have better accuracy (though less speed) well through teen years. Throw like a girl indeed :-)
I love the science/math one. I dislike the stigma that girls are there to cook/clean/raise children/stay at home/cater to men/get "girly" jobs. Young girls and women need to know that they can grow up to be anything they want and that math and science (and any other subject) IS cool/is absolutely a job women can have.
