We the People(1), Of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union(2), establish justice(3), ensure domestic tranquility (4), provide for the common defense (5), promote the general welfare (6), and secure the blessings of liberty(7) for ourselves and our posterity(8) do ordain and establish this constitution of the United States of America.
(1) And by People we mean individual humans. Not corporate entities or privately held companies or any of that other crap.
(2) and, again, a more perfect union of the states - the following are not "perfect unions": S Corporations, C Corporations, LLCs, LPs, etc.
(3) justice for People
(4) by the way - school shootings aren't domestic tranquility. In fact, shooting is never a tranquil thing. Perhaps we should look a little deeper into ways to get a little more tranquility instead of pretending everyone and their neighbor should be part of some sort of vigilante militia
(5) Common defense. If your kid is bringing a gun to my kid's school there is nothing commonly defensive about it.
(6) Welfare of People. People who aren't being shot at.
(7) Liberty is more than just the ability to propel pointy lead pellets.
(8) You have to actually be born to be posterity, mmmkay? Let's just clarify that.
