Late to this but yes, we went to a Canada Day party here. Not too many people this year and it was a bit late for DS2 so we didn't stay long.

Feel like we need more Canada wear. DS1 has a Roots sweatshirt. It's funny that I would never want to wear that stuff living in Canada but I put DS1 in it that sweatshirt every time we travel. I guess I have something for my MIL to get me for Christmas!

Gah, just coming back to the boards after a long hiatus and saw this. Happy belated Canada Day!

I was disappointed that there was no massive party in Trafalgar Sq this year, but am told that Blackberry used to sponsor it and they don't really have loads of money lying around lately.

@bandwife I feel your pain on the not enough Canada stuff. When the Olympics came to London I realised I had zero Canada t-shirts. The only thing I own is an HBC scarf and that's multicoloured and you wouldn't even know it was Canada specific unless you knew HBC.
