Sticky thread with links?

I just noticed I'm a moderator. Wheeee

I'm about to go into a meeting in about ten minutes, but when that's over, I could work on posting a sticky at the top of the board with helpful links and some ground rules (as in, no revealing information about others on the board - AA type rules). Anyone think that would be a good idea?
