IIOY, is He responsible for short term good stuff or long term good stuff? Like, it was good that my friend was able to refi his place for such a low interest rate in 2004, but then he paid the price in 2008!

Or, it was bad that Hitler killed all those Jewish people. But the Holocaust yielded some amazing movies.
