How MM of me! Yesterday my coworker and I stopped by a local photo/copy shop that is closing and I picked up 8 large, black collage frames. They each hold 21 photos. They were $4 each and I was so excited that I bought all they had, figuring I would use them either at home or work. They are great quality.
If I keep them for home, how/where should I put them? Obviously I am not going to fill up all 8 right now. I'm thinking of doing 2 or 3 for now and then filling more as we go. I always wanted to do some kind of gallery wall - I love displaying photos. So I figure this would be a more uniform, neat way to accomplish that. Choices are:
Upstairs hallway - leading from living room to bedrooms Dining room wall Entry way, up the stairs Family/TV room - very casual and informal Mix them up and put them anywhere None of the above - I hate collage frames

I have some going up the stairs, if it helps. I like them a lot, but 21 openings is a lot of little photos...I would think about doing two or three right now at the most. And sell the rest on CL, very MM! :-D
Because there are 21 photos per frame, I wouldn't put all 8 frames in one place. Honestly, I'd probably have 3 going up the stairs like Dr. G.'s example and gift/sell the rest (because I wouldn't want every frame in my house to be the same). Another option might be 4 in a square in the family room and gift/sell the rest. Oh, maybe one at work, too. I don't know, I would have never had 21 personal photos in my workspace, but I guess one at work is okay if you don't mind.
LOLing because I should have clarified. I run a teen program in a high school. The collage frames would be used to display pictures of the program around our space. I would not put a huge collage of personal photos in my office either.
