Like, in what way am I supposed to cut it?
It's too shallow.
I actually measured, and it's 2 3/4" wide, 6" high, 1/2" deep.

You can shred/grate it, cut it in cubes.

I love emmentaler!
I'd cut it at an angle so you end up with slices that are trapezoidal. The two end pieces will be little prism shapes.
ALSO, this recipe is THE BEST:

That would have been genius!
Um, but I just whacked a hunk off the end and stacked the little nibbly bits on my crackers.
Oh well, I can try it on the leftover chunk.
