i'm on day 10 with my sample, and it still looks perfectly new. a little bit of grow-out on the bottom, but you can't tell unless you look.

i'm so in love with these nails..even though i said i don't need 35....i might have over 35 picked out as is..lol.

Ok so....just before you posted this thread, I had ordered from a friend party. I'm wearing the ones I got from her. I think they have been on just sort of a week, and to be honest I did not think they would look this good at this point. I can't believe how well they stay on!! The ones you sent me ate next up to try.

On that note, if I paint my nails and put the chevron over, will they stay put just as well?

those are so much fun!! how long did your last set last? i'm on day 13 now with my sample...probably need to get rid of it now bc my regular nail polish is almost ALL chipped away and i only have one nail done with jamberry, and it's still perfect. i'm nervous about taking it off haha. was it easy for you?

So the ones I put on my toes for the 4th, I finally had to go and just take off because I needed something new. They were on for a little over a month? and still looked pretty good. Removal was easy as well, I just used a blow dryer and there was a little stickiness left but it ams off easily with a few swipes of some nail polish remover.

My first set would have lasted longer, but I put them on wrong (my first time) and I was also antsy to try a new pattern. Removal and replication was easy, maybe half hour? I'm super in live with jamberry.

I finally used mine. I did two toes (big toes), left thumb and right index. I'd planned to do a different finger, but it didn't fit right. Toes look ok. Fingers I couldn't get on right and began to peel by morning. I'm glad I started small so that not much was waisted.

okay so i didn't want to answer until i knew for sure.

i re did my set sunday night, and i was also *starting* to get a peeling issue yesterday.. i did more nails this time (2 on each hand), and i was trying to get it perfect, so i peeled and applied over and over trying to get a perfect fit.

i think my problem was 1-not sticky enough, and 2-the wrap was just a little bit longer than my nail. i was able to reheat it at work (on the dashboard of my car, lol), and got it to stick down more..but it peeled up again soon..when i got home i was able to file it down just a little bit more. i did it at a slight angle so that the wrap would be shorter than my nail, if that makes sense...then i reheat it and it hasn't peeled since.

i found these photos online on how to get a better fit on the nails. i tried it, and i think it works well. it helped me save the middle pieces, so that i can use them for bjl for fun.

I think I might switch the ones I order - I'll look tonight and will let you know.

I've tried them - I tagged you in a post last week that had a pic of mine and DD's nails that I did them with. I would like to do all of my fingers, but I'll need something a bit more muted.

And, I peeled them off already and tried a different one from the sample ones I got. I really like the black & white chevron print with bright pink other nails. This time around, I was way better at applying them...the first time they had a few bumps at the edge of my nails.

Ok so I've had a full set on for a week. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the tips keep peeling up. I've tried what jennlin suggested (filling at an angle) bit I find myself doing this one or twice a day. I can feel the edges catch against clothing and I'm afraid odd scratch the baby. Is nail glue the only solution? Will that remove easily when I decide to change the jamberry?

this week i've been having peeling issues too. not noticeable, but only to me when i rub my fingers acrossed it bc i'm obsessed lol. so i applied on sunday...and on monday i reheat/melt after work, and it was good. but by morning tuesday, it was back to slightly peely. so i used the hair straightener/tweezers method....heat up tweezers on your straightener, and then use the tweezers (HOT) onto your nail. that seemed to fix my big problem (i had a bubble on the side, because it's still crooked and basically on my skin). i still have slight peely, so what i do now is just blow dry it once after work for 5 seconds and then again before my nighttime shower (so water doesn't get in). i think this set won't last as long as my sample one, bc it wasn't as good..but we'll see...today is day 5 so far, so it's not too bad.

oh and i have no idea about the nail glue...i didn't know that was an option. are the wraps longer than your fingernails? i think they need to be just slightly shorter.

The wraps are slightly shorter, as the way I file them makes them that way. But I still get slight peeling problems, mainly if I am using my hands a lot (I can feel them catch on fabrics and such). I will try the straightener/tweezer idea. I had heard about it but forgot. I think I heard from a friend to use nail glue on the pointy end of an orange stick and run it across the tips to help the bond there. That is my main problem. They still look fantastic, and I get a ton of compliments, but I can feel the tips peel, I am like you and slightly obsessed.

i've considered using a clear coat of nail polish..i don't even know what nail glue is...is it a polish-y thing? or is it squeeze from a tube.

I think it would be squeeze from a tube? My guess is the same stuff they would use for acrylics, and if that's it, I don't want to use it.

Do you still want the other two you initially told me? I just found out I need to make my 2nd order very soon in order to take advantage of the bonuses and keeping that cheap price.
