I have all the books I could need, and what more could I need than books? I shall only engage in commerce if books are the coin. -- Catherynne M. Valente

I shop at Lane Bryant, Torrid, Maurices, Fashion Bug. Occasionally I can find cute things at Target. I just find that I have to try a lot of stuff on to find things that fit me correctly.
Avenue - a lot of their stuff is shaped weird, but they do have some more tailored things. I've found that Target and Kohls have some good things lately. I have the same problem in that the "plus sized" pants fit in the waist but then are saggy in the butt and legs (less form fitting). But the Non plussed sized Target pants fit really nicely. I'm a 16 and I really like their "fit 3"

I'm also around a size 16 but I live in Canada - the options are MUCH more limited. I shop at Forever 21+ and can usually find some cute dresses/jeans. The quality is what you pay for though. I also make trips down to the states and shop at Target, Torrid, and Lane Bryant. Torrid and Target can be a bit hit and miss, but Lane Bryant usually has some nice stuff. I'll have to check out some of the department store recommendations!

The "women's" section in Macy's is great, and they always have fabulous clearance racks. I really like American Rag and Eyeshadow for casual/trendy clothes. INC and Alfani have nice work/dress clothes that are of much better quality than Lane Bryant. I am also loving the limited's new line of plus size www.eloquii.com/
Torrid isnt all goth/alt anymore, but I gave up on it about 2 years ago because the quality is shit while the prices are high and I just dont care for the trends they seem to follow. You can see their stuff on their website.
check out eloquii. it's a sister brand of the limited. it's plus size, but tailored, so it doesn't hang like other stuff. a lot of their styles are similar to what's in the limited stores, but some of the stuff is better designed/cut for larger sizes.
I'm a 14, big butt, small waist, and 5'1". I can almost always find pants that fit me at Goodwill.
Me, too. It is impossible to buy jeans that fit me without being tailored, but I can almost always find a perfect fit at Goodwill for, like, $2. Weird.
Where do you shop for clothes? I'm about a 16 in pants, big boobs. I can still fit into some regular sized clothes, but its difficult. Plus size clothes seem too big :/. I feel like I'm in between regular and plus size, very frustrating.
Obviously, I still wanna dress cute and not look frumpy. HALP!
