I'm 25 weeks today and all of a sudden, my bump is achy and sore. I know I'm exhausted. It doesn't feel like Braxton Hicks and the baby has been moving around, so I'm not too worried.
But I'm super uncomfortable. Any ideas? I don't remember my bump being achy and sore with DS. I've been carrying him a lot today and he's 31/32 lbs. Do you think there is a connection?
I had that a lot in all 3 of my pregnancies. I just chalked it up to growing and stretching and it is what it is. It did hurt a lot though, so I feel you.

I'm also 25 weeks and I'm having the same thing. I just got home from a work trip so I'm exhausted and sore from sitting in a conference room for long days. I have been assuming it a combination of that and I think around now is when baby starts getting bigger quicker. Picking up DS does make it worse for me. I also have more pain on one side than the other and I'm wondering if baby moved into a different position. Overall, this pregnancy has been much more sore and achy than the last one.

It's probably a growth spurt, or the baby's position. I'd expect it to go away after a week or so. The same thing has happened to me, right around the time my bump clearly became baby rather than fat (and I had to eat all the food all day long to not faint) , and again around the 'you look ready to pop' stage. I haven't had and rlp this pregnancy, but rather this achy, stretched muscle feeling.

Drink some water and put your feet up. I had that with both of my other pregnancies. I also invested in a belly support band that I would use because my stomach would just hang and hurt at the end of the day. The support helped so much.
