DD has started teething... Not like an imminent tooth, but the process has begun. In the last couple of days her saliva production has gone from 'some', to 'plenty' and I am guessing is on its way to 'holy crap, that's gross'.
Today she has been spitting up more than usual. Is it possible it is related to the saliva? Like is she swallowing some of it and it is bothering her stomach? Or she is gagging on it? Or just random, unrelated spitting up?

Its probably related to the extra saliva. Does she seem otherwise happy? And drool and hands in the mouth increase right around 3 months as a developmental thing not necessarily teething.

Yep, otherwise happy. My dad (a pedi) saw her last week and said she is teething for sure - but really, who knows. She is chewing on toys now though, and running her tongue on her lower gums a lot. As I said, I don't think any teeth are right there, ready to burst, I just wonder if the process has begun.

Yes.
D was always a spitter, but it definitely increased with the drool. He's still super drooly, and he has no teeth. I keep thinking, "any day now," but it has yet to happen.
