Pretty good for a huge pregnant lady. No contractions to speak of or signs of anything happening yet. Baby boy seems to be staying head down but switching from anterior to posterior and back fairly often.
I really hope that he doesn't take after my little brother and come a week+ late...G was born ON her actual due date so I'm not really expecting to go early. My mom flies in 8/5 (two weeks from today!) so it would be nice if he waited until after that, but not too much after that.

I'm having a lot of contractions and pelvic pressure but nothing serious as of yet. I fully expect her to be a week late. Maybe more. Because she's stubborn, just like her parents.

Doing pretty well, consindering how busy we've been lately. Lots of BHs, lots of pressure. He's head down, still super active (especially after I eat), and like shevacc, goes from anterior to posterior pretty often. His back is mostly on my right side, and limbs/butt are on the left, so lots of activity on my left side. If I lay on my right side, my left side goes nuts. It's pretty funny.
I'm pretty sure he'll get here early (much to the dismay of my employer), so I'm expecting in a couple weeks we'll have a baby. If not, that's okay, too. I just can't go over 41 weeks (per my OB), so if he's not here by 40 weeks, I'll be doing All The Things to get this baby out the regular way. Because they made me schedule my backup c-section.

how far apart are your contractions? or are they just for fun right now?

Lol at "just for fun"! Umm...different people, different ideas of fun?

Haha, tell my uterus they're 'just for fun'. These bad boys are no joke!

no!! the early ones are definitely fun! they are gentle reminders that "hey, guess what, you're going to have a baby!". the later ones are the unfun ones---"THISBABYISGOINGTOEATYOURUTERUSIFYOUDONTGETITOUTNOW".

They're just for fun. My body wants me to know that it's ready when the baby is, but that Baby Rogo is quite comfortable and won't be here for a while.

She has to wait until after this weekend so you can come to the g2g!

YES. Also because I have a shitload of stuff to do at work this week. Any time after Saturday is fine, though
I had my first twinges last night while nursing G. DS was really active and it started to feel like really early non-painful contractions that went away shortly after G unlatched. I still don't think I'll go early but it seems like my body is starting to get ready!

If you go before your mom gets here I'll do whatever I can to support you. Don't ever hesitate to call.

You are amazing and that's such a relief to know. Honestly that's what I'm most nervous about right now.
