Breakfast sandwiches: 1 egg, 1 piece reduced-fat cheese, and 1 turkey sausage patty on a multigrain English muffin. I have a muffin top pan that is the perfect size to bake the eggs in. I scramble 6 eggs with whatever seasonings I feel like adding, pour into the 6 wells of the muffin top pan, and bake for 11 minutes at 325*. They're the perfect size for English muffins, and each well holds about 1 large egg. You don't have to scramble them, but the yolks end up like those of hard-boiled eggs, which I don't like. I make 6 breakfast sandwiches at a time and then wrap them in plastic wrap. It takes all of 30 minutes, and I have breakfast for the week. I just pop one in the microwave for 30 seconds when I get to work.

I also bake eggs for the week like the PP. It's super quick to throw an egg sandwich together in the morning when the egg has already been cooked in advance :-)

Overnight oats. They are cold, so it's not like eating hot oatmeal. Google it for recipes. Here's what I use:
1/3 c. oats 1 mashed banana 2 tsp flax seeds 3/4 c. soy milk
Mash the banana really, really well! Then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning, top with a little peanut butter, maple syrup, jam or fresh fruit if desired.

I second the overnight oats. I was used to eating hot oats so I wasn't sure how I'd like it but they are really good. This site has a basic starter recipe that you can add anything to

I make muffins or granola bars on the weekend and take them throughout the week. I try to keep each muffin at 200 calories or less, but it depends on the ingredients.
Breakfast burritos can be made ahead of time and frozen until you need them. The eggs don't always reheat nicely but if you have enough extra stuff in there you usually can't tell.
Smoothies usually keep me full for a long time.
On the weeks I feel lazy I buy the 100 calorie bagels and WW cream cheese.
