I have this and really like it. Just remember if you are doing a really dirty area, change the pad after a bit or else it will just smear the dirt around.

I have the basic one and love it! I think I paid 45.00 for it a year ago! I am jealous and secretly pray it breaks so I can buy one with a vac feature. Most of our house will be hard surface flooring by Fall.

I got one last year (just steam, no vacuum) and I love it! It works so well on my tile and hardwood floors. Can't remember what I paid for mine, but remember getting it a BJ's and htinking it was a good deal.

Enjoy, I actually like cleaning floors now.

Not on a vacuum, but our dehumidifier broke the other week and we were expecting to pay out ~250 for a new one. I happened to find one, almost brand-new, at a yard sale for $10. It's a bit smaller than we wanted but it works great! It was the highlight of my weekend.

ETA: The vacuum alone normally sells for $189 + in the store. It's a bit smaller than my old vacuum, but it has really great suction, it's really light, and it's pet hair attachment is awesome. You can also detach the canister and hose and use it as a portable vacuum and it has the swivel base like Dyson.
