We've camped in the rain before, and had a blast. It's mostly about your attitude (& accepting that EVERYTHING will be covered in mud).
Cards. If you aren't typically card players, pick up a few new card games from Target. We liked Phase 10. Uno is always a hit, too. Play doh for your little one. Look up a recipe for no cook stuff & you can easily make your own (dump everything in a gallon ziplock bag & squish around to mix it). Naps in the rain are the best!
Don't forget lots of extra trash bags for all of your wet/dirty stuff. Or you could take an empty Rubbermaid container & just throw all of the gross stuff in there.
How old is she? Maybe team "Go Fish" or Uno? Little craft-like project? Go all out and take bowls and spoons so she can make mud soup?
Really, as long as you don't mind getting wet, you can do almost anything while camping in the rain! Just make sure you have food options that don't require a campfire! And lots and LOTS of extra dry socks...nothing is worse than cold feet!
I have been camping all my life (Adirondacks, state parks, beach camping, multi-day backpacking trips, all of it) and there is no way I would willingly go and camp in the rain. Let alone with kids. Newp. No thank you.

We came often but we're in a trailer which is a whole different ball game so the rain doesn't bother me as much.
I agree with the PP who said to be prepared for the mud and be ok with it. Take rubber boots for your DD and old clothes that you won't care if they get wrecked or stained. The good news is that it will most likely not rain for the whole weekend so you should get some relief.
I think your DD is around the same age as mine. We take play doh and cookie cutters, paper and crayons and games to keep her busy. A tablet with games is a another great idea. Depending on where you go, they usually have activities for the kids throughout the day that can be done inside - art and crafts and maybe even an afternoon movie that can help the day go faster.
