Friday: Took my parents out to dinner for my dad's b-day. They gave us dessert for free and and the glass of wine DH had while waiting for us for free. So not cheap, but not as bad as it could have been.
Sat: At a tennis tournament, tickets paid for a couple months ago, so not bad. Until we got home, and had no water. Looks like we've done all the cheaper options (if you can call $5000 a "cheap" option) and are most likely going to have to get a new well drilled--looking at ~$10,000 to 15,000 depending on how deep they need to go (our current well is ~500 ft deep).
