what's exciting this week? We're taking M to Remlinger Farms on Saturday for a Big Sister Day Out with just us 3. It'll be her last hurrah with us as a 3-person family, and hopefully we can make some good memories and take some good pictures since it doesn't look like we're doing a maternity session for this baby. Which kind of makes me sad, since he'll probably be our last baby.

pictures! youngest baby and/or under 2 months old means 5 pictures minimum. it's a requirement. it's law. I took a cute one of M this morning that I'll post in a second, and get a bump picture up too.

i promise to start at least one thread this week in order to wake up this board. i want this board to be a good resource for moms and moms to be. it can be about a car seat, stroller, diapers, milk, sippy cups, toys, books, picnics, date nights, parks, pens/markers/paint, your baby's hair. anything. but i promise i'll start at least one. and that's not a lot to ask.

how old is baby? J will be 10 months next week

last dr appt, next dr appt? Last appt was 9 mo., next is hopefully 12 mo.

what's exciting this week? He waves (not new, but still my favorite). As of this weekend J has gone camping and begun clapping. He's still toying with climbing and cruising.   He's working on "dada" and just about has 8 teeth (they come in pairs for him).

The window in his nursery is just the right height for him to pull up to stand and he loves to look out the window.

Gosh! Time has gone by so fast! I can't believe two of the babies are almost 1 and three of our preggos are about to have new babies! It seems like it just flew by.

@lauralynne, that's an example of a party where you *didn't* go nuts? I'm blown away and wondering if that's sanity what constitutes nuts! I love doing art projects but after 1 or 2 (or a bunch of half-done projects) I'm completely done. Did you make the big lego cookies? I want to learn how to make fancy looking cookies like that.

There's 1 more session! So 3 more Saturdays. I just talked DH into agreeing to take her once baby boy arrives so G is now registered for it.
