Anyone with the lillebaby carrier?

Several moms in the playgroup we go to bought them. Each of the moms used the carrier once or twice, and then I never saw them use it again.

The 1* reviews on amazon are enough to scare me off. Actual failures of the stitching and buckles - not cool.

There are lots of good reviews, so someone likes it, but I'd rather have a used Ergo than a new one of these.
