Nothing new to report here. SIL is getting married this weekend and I'm MOH. I'm so thankful I don't have any swelling and it won't be 110 degrees here.

linz- Hope you have a wonderful weekend at the wedding!
20w5d
I was supposed to have my OB appt this morning and it was cancelled. I'm irrationally annoyed at this. It's been rescheduled for next Weds so hopefully time goes by fast...it's been almost 6 weeks since I've seen her (but thankfully had the a/s and know the results are good so really not that long).
We ordered a crib bedding set online last week. It came over the weekend and we looked at it on Monday/Tuesday. At first DH was not convinced at all but it's growing on him; however, he still wanted me to buy the other nautical themed set at BRU to compare before making a decision. I bought it yesterday and will be bringing it home today (I spend my work nights at my friend's house to avoid my horrendous commute). Hoping to make a final decision soon so I can finish up the registry.
On positive news, little Cameron is kicking a lot more these days and I am absolutely loving it!
luv2rn4fun can you link the nautical BRU set? I STILL don't have sheets. LOL
I'm 34 weeks today! Yet another healthy week on the books with no bed rest! WOO! I'm starting to feel "off" in a way I can't describe. It's making me paranoid that something's going on and I'll see my bp spike any day now... Hoping it's maybe just a cold and there's still hope I can avoid bedrest all together!
I FINALLY finished the nursery furniture, and DH moved it all back in from the garage. I am so so SO happy with the results! We also reorganized a few areas of the house, and now the nursery is virtually chaos-free! And we haven't even loaded up the dresser drawers yet! The amount of weight lifted by that is impossible to exaggerate. We still have some chaos that's just been sorta displaced (christmas tree sssssssssssssstill in the foyer, and several bins that need to be loaded and stored in teh attic), but I feel like we're in a really good place. I'm going to let DH deal with most of that, and I'm going to focus on giving the house a really good deep clean this weekend, just in case it's the last chance I get!
Oh and has anyone had heart burn? What does it feel like? Yesterday my throat just felt weird. Like I had acid just sitting back there and I wanted to drink water constantly. It was horrible when I went to bed so I made sure to prop myself up. I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and felt fine and today I haven't had issues. I have no idea what I could have ate to trigger it.

this is how i feel, yes. like just a burning sensation, plus a gross feeling in my mouth and down through my upper chest. i get it most when i eat too much at one meal or too fast.
all i can say is, if you take fish oil, don't take it if you're feeling that sensation and wait until the next day. makes it about 3x worse.
Feeling good overall, i still get tired but the nausea has almost disappeared, which is fantastic! I'm definitely getting the "baby belly or flabby belly" looks at work. I can definitely see my belly starting to "rise" as they say. I was hoping not to announce until after the A/S, but I doubt I'll be able to hang on that long. We see the doc next Wednesday, so I'll probably tell then if all goes well. I'm excited for the appt, I really hate not seeing our "little boonie" more frequently.

10 weeks 5 days! Saw a spot on the Today show today about reading to your belly and it was the first time I let myself feel really excited. NT scan and cell free DNA test in less than 2 weeks.
So excited to post here!! Third beta tomorrow. Fingers crossed. We are so over the moon and I am just praying this sticks.
My friend recommend I call some daycares. I was floored because it is insanely early...but I did and they are already wait listing for next June! What the heck?!
This weekend, we are going to put the trim up in the nursery. That will be the last thing for us to do in the nursery, other than wait for the carpet and windows to be installed. I should also probably purchase furniture?!?! Actually, my MIL said that she would like to buy the crib, but hasn't given us any details about when. I just want to get it, so that we can assemble it as soon as we have carpet.
I had an OB appt yesterday and it went well. Everything looked and sounded good. I'm still measuring a week ahead and the baby's heartbeat was perfect. I asked if I'll have any more ultrasounds and she said not unless they think something is wrong. I'm very thankful to have a healthy baby and no reason for another ultrasound, but I got so spoiled during first tri getting an ultrasound every two weeks... I miss seeing my little babe. We saw the perinatalogist for my a/s and he mentioned coming back during third tri, so she was going to look into that. If not, I told my H that we could go to one of those elective ultrasound places for $125 and he said, "do you know how many diapers that could buy?" lol
We have been scouring the Target baby clearance lately, after getting our carseat, an extra base, and a changing pad all on clearance for 50-70% off. We found a Rock n Play for half off the other night when we were picking up the diapers from their online deal. It was an online only item and looked like it'd been repacked, so I put it together when we got home to make sure it had all of its parts. Now that we have a place for this baby to sleep and diapers for him to poop in, I'm feeling much more prepared and it's feeling much more real.
Not as long as my BP cooperates! Anna7602 is currently overdue, I think! Picksthemusic is next. And then Mrsspunky and Jewel are before me next month too. I'm due 9/11 so I can remember it easily. heh
I'm 12w3d. Nausea has decreased a lot which is awesome. Feeling good about everything. Next appointment at 14 weeks.
I went and saw my grandma this week and she said "You still aren't showing?" No grandma, not yet. She also asked after our 10 week appointment if we knew if it was a boy or girl. She is so cute. I know she is just really excited for us.

A/s is on Monday. DH is convinced it is a girl. I always wanted a boy, but honestly we are both just really excited things are progressing and look good. Hurry up Monday!!
I popped about 3-4 weeks ago. Recently though bending over makes me have to pee badly. I also snissed a few times on Friday while walking around Philly and not always finding a bathroom quick enough. Oops.
I already posted about my problem with buying baby clothes on GP. I'm especially a sucker for hoodies/hats with ears and onesies with animals/tails printed on the butt.
Last Friday I went to my OB because I was having abdominal cramping accompanied by increase in frequency and urgency in urination. The stomach cramping was uncomfortable/painful at times so I wanted to make sure I didn't let a UTI go untreated. Urinalysis was negative. The office called on Tuesday and said the bladder culture was also negative for infection so this is just normal stretching and cramping. I also found out my thyroid levels are still looking good and my spina bifida test was negative. Whoop!
My A/S is August 22nd and I'm equal parts excited and nervous for good results.

I feel like you were 24 weeks just yesterday. Time is flying!

Omg YES! I originally tried taking my target prenatals and fish oil but omg it made my heartburn terrible. I switched to DHA One prenatals and don't have that problem. Thank goodness for samples from the OB! I've already gone through 2 bottles of Tums as it is.

Nope I dont take fish oil. I only have this feeling at night. Got it again last night. Might just be something I have to deal with.
I had an u/s Wednesday and my doctor says the baby was 7w2d at that point (I think it should have been 8w) so I am a little worried. He says that this can be very normal, as the u/s could just be off. I will go for another u/s at 11w so we will see what they say then. If I am having any symptoms of a m/c then I will get an u/s earlier.

37w6d here - so 38 weeks tomorrow!!! I can't believe it. We're ordering the co-sleeper tonight, so once that arrives, he can come any time. My OB will be on-call this weekend, then out of town next week, then back the next week. So she said I can either have him this weekend, or I have to wait until she gets back. She was partially joking - she just really wants to be able to attend my VBAC, which I admire and love about her. She knows if he comes, he comes. LOL
Things are getting uncomfortable... especially at work. I am up and down a lot (work in a medical office), and it seems like every time I stand up now, I get a really intense contraction. But nothing super exciting yet. Bad part is, DH has a mancold right now, so he wants to get better before I go into labor, which I can understand.
I'm just so ready for him to come... and to go into labor! So, I think this weekend, I'll start eating dates (there's some loose data out there that dates help ripen your cervix and make labor/delivery easier), doing more squats, and see if I can persuade DH to have sex a few times. LOL

oh, thanks for mentioning, i'll have to try those. i am currently using a prescription that my RE gave me, but it's $50/month and my OB said it's a total racket and OTC prenatals are fine. i would love to get rid of the fish oil!

DHA One is prescription as well. I only pay $10 for it though. It has DHA and a stool softener included. <3

I am so behind! On this thing...and everything, really. LOL.
35.5 weeks. Everything seems to be going well, my body just hurts all day. Between sciatica and SPD, there's just no relief. My doctor says the only cure is to have a baby. Ha. I'm planning to work another 4 weeks still, which is going to be rough. I'd really love the time to get things wrapped up, though.
Other than that, just plugging along. It's crazy to think that the baby really could come any day now! I have a feeling he's going to be a late one, though. I'm betting on a week overdue.
My dream, right now, would be to set up a mini pool in the living room, watch TV, and drink lemonade all day long.
