Not Make Up Related, Skin Question

I have this giant blackhead looking thing on the bridge of my nose. It looks like a really big pore that's clogged. I can never get much out of it though. It's been there for over 2 years. Is it worthy of having a doctor look at it? Could they do anything?

Also, I'm beginning to realize that the orange Neutrogena that I've used for years and years might need to be retired. Does anyone have suggestions for inexpensive cleansers for post-20s skin?
