I've been reading TA reviews for a few days now since we booked a trip to Couples tower Isle and, although we are very laid back, we've never been to an AI nor Jamaica so we really have not expectations, I am concerned about a couple of things:
How are the beds? I read several that said they were had as a rock. I have scoliosis and find it very painfull to sleep in hard beds. Is it more like a hit or miss? Should I request a room in a newer building (since the beds would probably be better)? If so, what building is that?
The other one is not much as a concern..I guess they said the bathroom overflows or that there is no barrier on the shower therefor water goes everywhere??
We stayed at Tower Isle a little over 2 years ago and it was amazing! They had just reopened after a complete renovation, so all rooms were brand new.
I hadn't heard anything negative about the beds, and ours was definitely fine.
I do think I remember a weird shower, but it wasn't a big deal at all.
The food, the service, the beach, the activities....they are all fantastic. I honestly left without one single complaint. Many people around here have been to Couples, and I have never seen anyone recommend against it.
I haven't been to CTI but I have been to CSA and CSS (twice). If there is ANY thing that you are not happy with when you arrive please let the staff know...the will do anything and everything to make it right. We have never had to complain but due my food allergies I've had to make very specific requests and I have never had a problem and the staff always would go above and beyond to make sure I was happy during our visit.
