Pretty good. Friday I worked 4-11. I had trouble sleeping due to all the caffeine. Need to get used to working nights again.
Sat I did barre class (loved) and brought DS1 to movies. We had a babysitter at night and went to dinner. We got Fruitvale Station from Redbox, which was quite good. Lived up to expectations.
Sun, we hiked a small mountain. I had a brief mtg for my non-profit, then we grilled outside. I went to bed early because I was so exhausted
Sounds like a nice weekend RockNVoll! While i'd love to come do trapeze, I am solo parenting this week, so all bets are off until DH comes home.
Speaking of which, I had an awesome weekend with DD. We went up to NH and had a blast. It took forever to get out of town on Friday with traffic, but once we were settled it was great. DD and I went to a children's museum all morning on Saturday, then had lunch at a brew pub. We visited our favorite town of Harrisville, where I got some yarn (of course) and we got to see a mariachi band (SO random!). DD picked out our dinner locale, and it was delightful. So was she Sunday after church we played on a playground for a bit, had brunch at the local diner, and headed home. We stopped for ice cream and groceries, then had a ravioli dinner just the 2 of us. We also made zucchini bread with a zucchini we picked from the garden.
This morning was chill and drama-free, with an easy drop-off at preschool. DH is apparently missing us terribly, yet I'm very happy with a clean bathroom while he's gone, LOL
ETA: lizlemon19, I'm intrigued. Tell me more about barre class!

It was pretty busy. I'm glad I took today off knowing I would be tired.
Saturday I went to a bridal shower basically all afternoon, left around 11:30 made it home at 6. I got to be asked to be in one of my good friend's wedding that morning while we both were meeting up for her to sign the card and stuff for the shower gift. After the shower, 2 of my other friends came down for dinner at about 8, we drove to newburyport to find out everything was crazy due to homecoming festivities so we ended up getting Thai food elsewhere and getting back to my house at 10:30.
Sunday I got up early to run a 10k in Salem. I got another personal record (57:59). Then I lounged for part of the day before going to shaws in Salem, NH and I'm pretty sure that was more exhausting than my race and did a few other errands up there. Then went to my dad's for dinner.
Now today I slept in and am going to sit by the pool all day with my dog and some good books.

Saturday we did the farmers market then H took the kids to legoland and I chilled at home. Sunday was swim then we went to the bike trail across from the museum of science which was awesome. Kid 1 just learned to ride a two wheeler and after a week is an expert!
My weekend was exhausting but great. We drove to Lynn on Thursday (6 hours! Damn 128.) The baby and I successfully navigated the blue line into Boston on Friday and drove into town on Saturday for Mommycon. Sunday, we grilled at my mother in laws with some of the family and The peanut and. I came home this morning. I had enough together time with my MIL for one weekend.

Friday H and I went to the movies to see Guardians of the Galaxy which was surprising really good. So funny, like whole theatre laugh out loud a lot funny. The rest of my weekend consisted of binge watching the rest of Season 1 of Orange is the New Black and all of Season 2. I did make the effort on Sunday to shower, get dressed, make the bed and empty the dishwasher...so I could at least tell H I was productive.
I'll also echo the love of barre classes. I've taken a few so far and get a really solid cardio and toning workout, I'm usually sweating like a pig at the end. There's a barre school near my house called Barre Nine that's pretty awesome.
