I know it's recommended you don't weigh yourself during your whole30. I definitely did my first whole30, but I'm going to try and stay off the scale this time. Has anyone done it without weighing?
I've done all four without weighing. (Side note: I am a rule follower, through and through, which is why W30 worked so well for me. Once I establish a rule, you best believe I'm going to follow through with that or else lol). I highly recommend it. Because if you weigh yourself on day 11 and you either haven't lost weight, or you've gained a pound, you're far more likely to bail because "it doesn't work." Hide your scale if you have to.

Last time I weighed myself frequently (because I am the opposite of a rule follower) but this time I'm going to try to make H hide the scale or something until I'm done.

I weighed the same before and after but the pictures and clothes were def different. I gained a lot of muscle and I went down four pants sizes. All the more reason to NOT get on the scale. Hide it somewhere just don't do it.
I know I shouldn't,but I am. I think my diet and habits were pretty bad before that even cutting the booze and diet coke is even being reflected on the scale. I'm not moving mountains or anything, but psychologically, even a .5 or pound loss at the onset was validating. I'm at day 6 (started Monday), and am down 3.5. I'm more than satisfied with that. My reasoning for even doing this was to break habits, beat the bloat, and get better at cooking at home. So far so good! Ps. I did have headaches this week and I never get headaches. That was a little nerving.

Four pants sizes in 30 days??
Yes! I'd post pics but I'm scared. You can totally see it in my waist
I took measurements and weighed in at the beginning and half way through and will at the end. I know your not supposed to but I was really curious to see how well it would work, and it's been super motivating to keep going. We're planning on sticking with this type of eating when we're done with our 30 days so I'm excited to see where I started and where I've ended.
