I eat a lot of legumes. Black, red and white beans. Garbanzo beans and lentils. I want to try Whole30 but this is keeping me from doing it since I consider legumes to be healthy.
Also, it's only 30 days. You may find that during reintroduction, you do great with legumes, and you may decide to continue eating them after 30 days. But you'll never know that unless you remove and reintroduce.
