This is not encouraging me to take the plunge!!!!!
Honestly, I am craving some of my favorite things but aside from my minor mistake yesterday, I am dealing with avoiding my favorite things surprisingly well. There have been temptations but I've found it easy to avoid giving in so far.
In fact, I feel a little *too* good...and that makes me afraid that I'll come out of this feeling no better than I did before and not losing any weight or inches or whatever. I was kinda expecting to go through some severe refined carb and added sugar withdrawal by now because my diet was so heavy with them before. But I guess it's still early.
