Nick Jr. all the way. We don't watch it much, but I don't know how I would have time to dry my hair in the morning without giving DS a sippy cup of milk and turning on a dvr'ed Yo Gabba Gabba or Fresh Beat Band!

What is even on MTV nowadays? The only things I can think of are Teen Mom and ABDC.

Neither. Well, I occasionally watch 16 & Pregnant or Teen Mom On Demand. I DVR Super Why and Berenstain Bears for DD - but that is PBS I think. I honestly don't even know b/c I have never put a kids channel on, we just use the DVR or On Demand.
