I haven't meal planned yet (competing today so my dinner is a GF pizza from the pizza place across the street). Tomorrow I still have a jalapeño bison burgers to make.

I roasted 4 large chicken breasts that I'll cut up and put on spinach salads for lunches this week. I also made a big frittata which will last at least few days for breakfast. I'm feeling a bit uninspired for dinners, especially as I sit here eating quick tuna salad on cucumbers :/
carrotsmakemefat , I'm guessing the chicken and gravy recipie on the nom nom site is the same as in their cookbook. I made it last week and it was great
