2 tsps salt, 2 tsps garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsps paprika, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tap cayenne, 1 1/4 tsp oregano, 1 1/4 tsp thyme, and 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes. Mix it all together and then add how ever much to mayo. If I was going to make a whole jar of Cajun dip then I put the whole mixture in but usually I'm just making a little so mix it to taste. Actually, I should amend my recipe- that's the recipe I got off a paleo website but I don't actually use thatch salt- it's too salty for my taste with that much so I just eyeball it.
Blisoff- get an immersion blender to make mayo. I got one for $25. I just throw my egg, vinegar, salt/pepper, and oil in and poof! Perfect mayo every time!
