But I wouldn't call it a failure and I didn't slip up and eat all the things.
I was doing really well but DH just decided to commit to doing WW and since he has a lot more weight to lose than I do and weight has been a years-long struggle for him, I am going to support him much as I can. I think it would be easier for me to put Whole 30 on hiatus so we can do WW together in the beginning and eat the same meals.
But even just my Whole 7 helped in a lot of ways. I no longer feel like going to Dunkin' and grab a couple of donuts in the afternoon at work. I'm back to putting (all-natural) creamer in my coffee BUT I don't need as much as I did before AND I don't need the extra stevia anymore. Fruit tastes like a sweet treat to me now. I made mason jar salads for my lunches at work this week. I spent more time prepping food in the kitchen this weekend than...well, I don't know when the last time I actually cooked/prepared a meal beyond the basics, and IT WAS FUN!!! I already notice that I'm leaning towards the less-restrictive Paleo foods and we'll see how I do on WW. So I'm glad I did it even if not for the full 30 days.
I don't want to be an AW with this but I figured since I was posting a lot last week I didn't really want to just stop posting out of nowhere. I do plan to visit this board in case I decide to take the plunge again down the road, plus to get some meal ideas in general (nothing says you can't eat Whole 30-approved meals when not doing the Whole 30!). Good luck to everyone!

I have done a ton of whole3, 4 and 5's! I will do another 30 at some point but like you mentioned, I incorporate a ton of what I learned into everyday meal planning.
