I can't get my act together at all. I'm going to be late to work because fuckitall. Yesterday we had an interruption in the meal plan already, which wasn't too bad. We still stuck on track, but it screws lunches for today.
Also, I itched all over yesterday and can't figure out if it was diet or what.

Giving up coffee (bc I can't drink it black, unsweetened)
I had hard boiled eggs for breakfast, and raw almonds for snack. I also need to work on getting better snacks, like veggies. I am going to try to batch cook lunches on Sunday for the week.
We're having a food day at work today and they were going to have grilled, plain boneless wings but nope, every last one of them has breading so I have to go out and get something else. Sigh...
ETA - Hardest challenge so far?
Lunches and coming up with different things to eat that I actually "like."
Also, giving up caffeine. I'm not a coffee drinker and just can't do unsweetened tea, so I am missing my Diet Mt. Dew but I'm glad to be drinking lots and lots of water (a million trips to the bathroom notwithstanding).
Day 3- going okay but I am so tired! I feel like I could sleep all day. I'm not sure if it's the reduced carbs, or lack of caffeine (I don't drink coffee, and had to give up soda). Food is not going as great for me today, I didn't eat anything non-compliant but my meals left a lot to be desired. Breakfast- berry fruit salad. I was supposed to have hard boiled eggs also, but they weren't cool in time. So I came home for lunch around 11:30 and ate the 2 hard-Boiled eggs, a small piece of pork chop leftover from last night's dinner, and a sliced banana with some walnuts. For dinner I am planning taco salad.
I've had a headache yesterday and today which kind of sucks. The biggest challenge for us is breakfast. And making sure that I have a plan for the day. Overall it hasn't been too bad, but I'd really like some ice cream. Lol.

The mountain dew withdrawal is no joke! My husbands friend was drinking a 2 liter a day for like 10 years and quit cold turkey one day. He said it was worse than quitting smoking.
The first few days I ate a ton of fruit to sort of combat the other cravings. Is probably not ideal for the program but it got me past the first few days.
Im on day 23 and its still hard getting everything together. I got up way late today and brought nothing with me to work. I had to settle for iced coffee and a fruit cup to get through the afternoon.
