I'm incredibly frustrated with my husband. Part of the deal was that he needed to cook. The man can't plan ahead if he's not going to be there and cook the meal earlier in the day. Which leaves me with no supper and no lunch for the next day. We had a come to jeebus talk last night about this.
Day 24/25?!? They're all sort of blending together. Today's been fine except we are going the the Red Sox game tonight and I imagine I'm going to be very hungry/angry/jealous when I can't eat or drink anything. At least the tickets were free!
Day 4. Had to eat out for lunch and dinner today and I think I did pretty good. I mostly stuck with salad. And it was hard to say no to temptations because I had to work cake camp today and I said no to tortilla chips.
Day 4 and other than having an unintentional lunch snafu at Cracker Barrel (see my Lunch Today post), it was a really good day.
Dinner was the best meal so far in the W30 - bacon (complaint of course) wrapped sirloin medallions, red skin potatoes tossed in a bit of clarified butter/EVVO with rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic, and green beans. Super easy.
So, so happy that "regular" potatoes are allowed.
H absolutely loved it.
One thing I do like about W30 is that I'm cooking different things and experimenting with spices, etc.
