Several crockpot meals this week because of Mr. Wambam's work schedule.
Main dishes: Marvelous meatballs (http://everydaypaleo.com/magnificant-meatballs/) Curry beef (http://nomnompaleo.com/post/7118904494/slow-cooker-thai-yellow-curry-with-grass-fed-beef) Tex mex carnitas (http://www.lifeasaplate.com/2011/10/19/texmex-crockpot-carnitas/) <--- not W30 because of bbq sauce Zoodles with marina and chicken Fish X3
I'm making a pot roast with veggies and red potatoes tomorrow, for lunches this week (at least some).
Taco salads for dinner tonite and lunch tomorrow.
We grill at least 3 nights a week, so probably steak, chicken, pork chops, each with a roasted veggie or spicy sweet potatoes. I also need to check if our organic chicken sausages are compliant.
Hard boiled eggs w/ avacdo or monkey salad for breakfast.

I have everything frozen, so I need to decide what I'm pulling out to eat for the week. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners! It was long and labor intensive, never mind expensive, but aside from supplementing veggies I've got all of my cooking done for 60 days

usuallylurking We peel them, and cube them, then toss them with olive oil (?), cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Sometimes I add garlic and onion powder. Then I roast on 425 for 10 min, flip, 10 more min. So good and easy!

I still need to make my menu, and I'm probably stealing a couple of the things I see here lol.
I'm still starting on Monday. But I'm feeling overwhelmed since were still unpacking and H's parents are coming next weekend, and that always means a lot of going out to eat. It's going to be challenging but I really don't want to push it back any further.
Monday: Chili with ground sirloin Tuesday: Chicken and gravy Wednesday: Chili leftovers Thursday: Chicken leftovers Friday: Turkey burgers with red-skinned rosemary potatoes Saturday: BLTs with compliant bacon, of course (I'll wrap the B & L in the T) Sunday: Chicken fajitas with peppers and onions, wrapped in lettuce leaves
