I took 2 Benadryl last night and now

I'm struggling to wake up. Ugh. Never doing that again!

It has the same effect on me.

I had to take it for an allergic reaction once before I went into work. I was fighting sleep and looooopy the whole day.

My allergies were so bad last night. I usually take one...I cannot take two. Wow!

Benadryl can really kick your ass. I make sure I take it earlier on in the night or it knocks me for a loop.

When I worked at a psychiatric facility for children, the most common med we had to give for out-of-control behavior was liquid Benadryl. Depending on their weight, 75 mg. It usually helped, they'd calm down and take a nap. It was awesome. lol

I take 2 Benadryl almost every night now. I don't sleep anymore otherwise. I guess my body is immune to it, because I wake up feeling good now.

I'll take 2 if it's before 10. After, just one. It's the lack of sleep endless sneezing that caused me to desperately need coffee this morning, not the benadryl.

Different strokes for different folks.

Benadryl had an adverse reaction of making me hyperactive as a child. I'm sure my mother strongly considered killing me.

Now it just takes away allergies, no sleepiness. Boo.

Ugh, I've done that before. I slept from 9 to 4!
