Since I lazed around this past weekend, I made some meals last night - chili, the chicken with gravy, salad with chicken, strawberries, and walnuts, the makings of the banana nut porridge, etc.
Oh - I finally made the paleo mayo (I was oddly fascinated and probably more excited than I should have been LOL) and set aside some for mayo and some for ranch dip. Oh, so good!
I'm on my own now that DH is out, which really isn't too bad. He's agreed to eat whatever I make for dinner. And I feel like I'm starting to get a good enough grip on this that I'll be ok when I go back to school next week.
But I really miss ice cream. Although I'm really not having any cravings per se.
Day 2...was starving at the zoo (a smoothie apparently only lasted a few hours) but managed to find a cup of fruit....meanwhile watched my kids eating chocolate muffins. The food doesn't bother me so much yet but I'm quitting Diet coke & coffee & that's really hard for me. Horrible headache last night & I'm feeling it coming back on today.
