If you have/had a toothless 10 month old, how

Wow! I think I'm really unfeeding D. He doesn't eat anywhere near this much food. I'm super paranoid about choking, I think. How do I get over this?

Time. The toothless thing freaked me out for a while but if you think about it kids at this age who have teeth aren't using them to chew anyway. How much can a pair of incisors on one side of the gum accomplish?
