Also posted this is the regular Seattle board, but... what did you love/hate about the person(s) who did your ultrasound? Do you remember them? Did they make any difference to you?
I remember, but I'm not sure she didn't anything I loved or hated. It was nice that she explained what she was doing and looking at while we went along. We wanted to know the sex and she had a hard time finding it and then she was kind of vague about it being a boy. I had to specifically ask her after how sure she was. If I want to know the sex, I want to know how certain you are and/or if its not clear.
She wasn't an important part of my experience. So I guess I just feel neutral.
this. my office had a different person pretty much every time...so it really wasn't that big of a deal. my doc did always have the portable ultrasound though (sonosite) and she was the one who let me see the baby for the very first time, etc..so that was good..but any "official" u/s's were nothing special. even the 20wk anatomy scan. i don't even remember them telling me it's a boy.
The morning before I was induced I had an u/s and we didn't know the sex of the baby. She asked before we started so she knew but she kept saying "little guy" and "he." When we left B said "so it's a boy..." I tried to blow it off because I was sure we were having a girl (lol). If it had been earlier I would've been disappointed but since it was so close to the end it wasn't great but...whatever.

we didn't know, and knew for sure we were having a boy. our mommy instincts are off lol.

i bought mostly boy clothes, and bought a couple girl outfits "just cause"...i feel bad because i had all crappy outfits for girls as a nb. so our nb photo shoot was kinda sad. picksthemusic saved my life though.

mrslefty I would have been so annoyed at that tech! Then again, I wanted to know the sex from day one, so ... maybe I would have loved her.
We had a different tech every time. When we went for the anatomy scan, I appreciated that she used the term "baby" rather than "he" or "she." We were finding out the sex, but it was nice not to get our hopes up before she was sure.
The other experiences weren't all that memorable. I guess it's nice when they feign interest in your life and want to talk to you about the baby. Who doesn't like talking about their babies?
