I am so hungryyyyyy! I need second breakfast pretty badly. Not enough milk left for cereal, and Henry won't cooperate long enough for me to cook something.

I'd be on second breakfast too if my kid got up as early as yours. Got any frozen waffles? Not all that great, but easy to eat one handed while entertaining a toddler. :-)

I manage a huge and very important set of projects at work. We put out literally millions of data points each year. I know mistakes are bound to happen some times, but I've now had *two* errors in the past 6 months, and I'm worried I'm going to get a reputation as not managing the work well. Of course, I'm being compared to a group of 5 other managers, each of whom manage about 1/100th of the volume of work I manage. Why oh why did I take this job?!!!

Oh, and P.S.: Because of this screw-up, and having to race in to work to rectify the situation, I didn't get ANY breakfast this morning.

I got the kids up and got them dropped off at camp early so I could make it to at least half of our staff meeting. But there was an accident and I ended up getting here 15m after the meeting ended. Total time on the road this morning - 1hr 45m. #Fail.

My teeny tiny whine is that i shoudl be working from home today, but instead I came into the office for a meeting. Well, the meeting was quick and dumb and I totally could have teleconferenced in for those 5 minutes. I got dressed for nothing. oh well

I schedule our weekly SW visits and the kids visits with mom on Wednesday mornings because Wednesday is the big girls minimum day at school and J's one weekday off so we spend family time together after school lets out. Our SW keeps asking to change our appt time, now she wants to do it at 1pm because there is another family nearby who wants a 2pm appt. My kids get out at 12:50, it takes at least 15 minutes to get through the pick up line and another 20 minutes to drive home so it's not feasible for us.

She suggested visiting us after the 2pm appt but we don't want to wait around all day on our scheduled family day. She should keep the standing appt time of 10am that we've had for 1 1/2 years.

We were supposed to go to a mommy and me movie yesterday but the other couple's baby got a cold.
There are no sidewalks in this neighborhood so if we want to go on a walk with the babies we have to drive to a trail.

L has a mandatory meeting after work (teaching summer school) today. I scheduled a hair cut so she could be home with the kids. Now, I have to get them in the car, drive 15 min, hope they can wait patiently for 5-10 min, and then L can pick them up, or take them for a walk for a snack while I get my hair cut. I wish her new boss could plan and give people notice.

And Carrot just threw up. She reeeeallly doesn't want to go now.

That was my first breakfast! haha My dad came by this morning to watch Henry while I went to an appt. I stopped for a bagel on the way
