Burping?

How religious are you about burping your babies after feedings? I want to do it every time, but sometimes she falls asleep on me and it's so cute and I don't want to disturb her

If I didn't burp her I paid for it dearly later. I burped no matter what.

You don't have to stress about it. If they burp they burp. If they don't they don't. I would never wake a baby for burping

When little I almost always burped just for fear of what would happen if I didn't. Especially with J while I was figuring out the dairy issues I always burped to try and relieve the pressure before it got stuck trying to go out the other end.

I always burped the first several months. He always spit upand it was worse if he didn't burp. But, he's sleep through it sometimes.

Tman had reflux really bad and a hundred times worse if he didn't burb. We always burped him. He wasn't always awake for it, though.

when the kids were little, like babyrogo's age, i would burp if they were still awake. if they fell asleep, no burping necessary. i might hold a little more upright and do light pats, but nothing more than that.
