Day 11
Cupcakes?! You're brave!!
We meal planned a bit. Taco salads for lunch today and tomorrow. Grilled chicken w roasted reds, and extra reds for the am with eggs. Carnitas sun/ mon night. Salsa chicken for lunch mon/tues. Apparently I'm Latin Bc all I want is Latin food. DH had to convince me not to make Mexican chicken soup too.
I really want to weigh myself, but I know I'll be so much happier if I wait.
Day 13. I feel much better this weekend than last weekend. Last weekend I was in a rage because I wanted to eat pizza or Chinese or some other kind of non-compliant take out. This weekend I just feel like the new way of eating is routine.
Day 6. I'm losing my desire to eat anything. I'm eating when really hungry but nothing much sounds good. My headaches are getting less severe. I'm feeling shaky, weak & just off right now probably because I haven't eaten enough but I'm not hungry. Sleep sounds good. That's my biggest change, I'm usually an insomniac & I've slept much better. Also anxiety better...both probably due to cutting caffeine.
