Go for a long run outside (like 6-9 miles, so not super long), and then to a class at the gym afterward? I know the gym is a sweaty place, but would it be inconsiderate to go to a class gross from a run? I'd have a little time to clean up a bit...like towel off, put on deodorant, and maybe change clothes. Gross or ok?
Definitely. I used to run on the treadmill (3-5miles) before going to TRX or something. I don't think it's any different. But, this is coming from a girl will go to Target or Trader Joe's all sweaty from CrossFit...so maybe you want to take that with a grain of salt .

I have done that in the winter. I would probably "freshen up" a little after a run in the summer b/c I usually look like I've gone swimming after about 5 miles in the heat and humidity.

I'd go. I usually run before classes anyways. I get there a little early and do a quick few miles on the treadmill then go to whatever class I am taking.
No problem at all with this. I have run to the gym, then gotten on the treadmill, run some more, and then gone to class (which was a sweaty one anyway). Do it.
My only exception would be a yoga class where sweaty isn't the norm.
Yeah, it's a fitness pilates class, so not really sweaty. I think I could clean up enough to be passable though. I guess I could try it once and if I'm grossing myself out, then I'm probably grossing others out too, haha.
