VS and J.Crew Warehouse Sale?

Way back when, we I lived in Orlando, a few times a year J.Crew and Victoria's Secret would have HUGE warehouse sales. They couldn't advertise using the store names but the clothes came from their online return department and were never restocked and later resold in these warehouse sales. Clothes were dirt cheap. Like $3 for a pair of pants. $2 for a shirt. It was not a fancy set up, clothes were in boxes and you had to search, but totally worth the effort since things were so cheap. They gave you a garbage bag when you walked in to stuff all your "finds"

Anyway, do these still happen? Did they have them in Tampa? Does anyone know what I am talking about? I am having trouble finding anything on the internet since they can't advertise using the store names. I would really like to go to another.
