Well I haven't used mine yet so my opinion might not matter but I got the Skip Hop Duo - it's the updated one that just came out in July. I wanted a crossbody rather than tote. I'm really hoping this works. It seems like it can hold a decent amount and I figured if we're going somewhere all day I have a 31 bag that I can put a change of clothes and stuff in too. I might end up using mine 31 bag more because it's just wide open.

I have the skip hop *double* duo that was bought for me last year at this time, so I don't know anything about an updated version. But I have loved the one I have! It's been the perfect size to carry everything I've needed and then some. I have never really worn it on me, it's always hanging on the stroller.
I'm sure the regular one will be too small but the print (French stripe) was so cute, I couldn't resist. I should probably return it.
Anyone have a petunia pickle bottom or a juju be?
I had a PPB boxy backpack. They didn't have the twin version when I got it but I'd totally recommend either one. I never needed another. I'm not a "bring everything and the kitchen sink" type so the regular size was fine for me, but the twin version is probably best. I loved that the changer folded down from the side. And I loved that it could be worn as a backpack, messenger style or regular. If I had to pick one style it would be backpack. I also bought the stroller clips to hang it on the stroller. In that way it beats buying a regular non-diaper bag backpack which would be awkward to hang. I got mine from costco but I don't think they sell them anymore. Mine is coated so cleaning is easy. I'm not sure how easy the non-coated ones are to clean, but they look nicer.
I had the Skip Hop Double Duo Deluxe and loved it for the first year or so until we decided we didn't need to bring "everything" with us anymore. We still use it when we travel or send the kids to Grandma's for the day.
I also have a PPB backpack that I still love but haven't been using as much. Just because it's probably sitting in a corner somewhere.
Since we're done with diapers we pretty much just use a backpack when out and about for the day.

I had a PPB boxy backpack that I didn't love. It was big enough but deep and narrow so things disappeared into it. Now I use a regular school backpack. I love it. It has so many pockets and dividers. And now that the girls are walking most of the time we're out I need to wear it as a backpack. If I had a cross body bag it would knock into the girl walking on that side.

We used a regular backpack with A&A, because for everything we needed, our tote diaper bag was extremely heavy! LI didn't like that the regular backpack didn't have many compartments though. Don't but a skip hop backpack one, it is too small.
It carried everything I needed (and then some) and I liked how it looked. Has a zillion pockets so there's a place for everything (their stuff + my stuff), nice shoulder straps, and handy stroller hooks. I didn't carry a regular purse for about two years - just used the diaper bag.
I hated the skip hop duo delux. H uses it now. It was awful. Way too narrow and deep making it impossible to find anything! But for thr quick trips h makes with a kid alone it works fine.
I have been using a skip hop versa ever since I ditched the duo sometime when J was a few months old. Even with 3 kids I can fit what I need. But, I am nursing so I don't need to lug around formula and bottles for two babies.
Hmm, I have the Versa already. Maybe I'll just stick with what I have and if it seems like I need something bigger, pick one up then. Or if I come across a good deal on a bigger one....
I use a Lululemon yoga bag. Its huge (but not ridiculously so and it squishes down when not full) has lots of space, inside pockets, large outside pockets, and a wet bag. I love it. Its this one:
