My sister's dog comes and stays with us for a few days at a time, my dog enjoys the company and their dog loves coming here. I went to get gas and decided to bring my dog along for the ride and left the other here. Came home and I was talking to dh and suddenly felt something sprinkling my legs. Omg this dog FUCKING LIFTED HIS LEG AND DELIBERATELY PISSED ON ME!!!
Sooo. I immediately ran into the shower. Dh put him outside. This dog just lost his fun time at aunties house. Soooo mad. I was really starting to bond with him too but I just can't.
Well the dog is in a relatively strange environment, and was probably marking it's territory. Which doesn't make it less gross lol
I hope you don't hold this against the dog tho, I mean you certainly don't have to watch him, but if you committed to do it this time I hope you don't leave him outside :/
Oh we didn't leave him outside. He is very used to us and this house. He has known us his whole life. Sister is five minutes away so he's going home for a while today. He got mad that he didn't get to go for a ride also, I'm positive.

Then it shouldn't have been surprising that he peed on you. Dogs can't use their words.
Look, our dog has peed in the house once in the more than four years that H and I have been together. One night he just walked over to the front door and pissed on it. He wasn't asking to go out, he wasn't sick, he was just being a dick. Like Nic said, it happens. Just don't be mad at him because you left him behind and then he reacted like a dog.
One time my H invited our GSD on the bed to have give him some attention. He was doing turns with each dog, so its not like the other 2 were being left out. But our hound mix didn't like that he wasn't allowed up with the GSD and purposely walked over to where my H's hoodies were hanging on the bed post, lifted his leg and peed on them. I swear it was out of spite. I laughed so hard.
All that to say it happens, and its entirely possible he did it because you took your dog and left him behind. Unless it turns into an issue where he does it again, I wouldn't worry too much. Our hound has never done it again. Animals are funny sometimes.

I think many people are reacting to the fact that in your OP you said something like "his fun time at my house is over. Too bad because we were starting to bond too." Which made it sound like because he peed on you, it pissed you off to the point that he won't be allowed back to your house again. Which is definitely an overreaction.
Perhaps (and hopefully) you realize now that it was a knee-jerk reaction and an overreaction and can just laugh it off and move on.

This didn't make it sound like you were laughing about it and found it funny. This is what many people are having a reaction to.

It is over for today. I do love the dog, and really we already bonded years ago. I am sorry but getting pissed on makes me unhappy . I really kind of meant it tic but I know that's hard to read on the internet. He wasn't scolded or punished, and I know he was just being a dog. I posted this because I KNOW it is funny.
So if I'm known as the girl who overreacted to getting pissed on, whatever. The dog is here playing, happy as can be. He is going back to my sister's but is welcome to come back next week.
I'd be unhappy if someone brought their dog to my house and it peed on me. I don't care if its a normal and endearing dog behavior. Not everyone wants to get dog peed on.
Lol that THAT is the unpopular opinion.
Not being ragey about getting peed on <> wanting it.
I love my dogs and it grosses me out when they puke or pee or whatever. But they're dogs. And getting super pissed over it is lame. You can be grossed out and not thrilled - without getting enraged.
Oh how the hell do you know she was ENRAGED? She said she was pissed she got peed on. That's a normal reaction. Doesn't mean that she was enraged, or that her anger even lasted all that long. Which again, is normal.
This reminds me of the time I posted about people ignoring invitations to parties and everyone saying I'm lame for getting upset that people are slackers. I need to remember you all are internet strangers and don't know me. Do you think I posted that thinking people would say "yah! what a Fucking fucker, go kick him!". No. No, I really posted this because I thought it would make people laugh. If I were really enraged and angry I'd have done something much different than posting about it on here.
One time one of my Great Danes took a pee right on my bed. Have you ever seen a puddle of Great Dane pee? It went right through my duvet, sheets, mattress cover and my mattress. Oooh I was so angry. Enraged even. Lol. I love my dogs, but damn. I understand being annoyed that you were peed on. Lol.
