Ooh me please. We're using Similac for supplementation and it is pricey. Costco doesn't carry that kind so a coupon would be great. I will sign up online for them but haven't had a chance yet.
I have Enfamil (two cans and some little single serve packs) if anyone wants it, or else I am just going to donate it to the food bank. I might even have some $5 coupons for Enfamil.
What kind are you using? We're using Advance Optigro because that's what the pediatrician gave us.
Similac for supplementation.
Oh yeah. We started off with that before we realized how little milk I was producing. We're basically formula-feeding and supplementing with breast milk; not the other way around :\ Honestly, I'm not even sure how long this is gong to last. As much as I want to breastfeed, it doesn't seem worth it to pump eight times a day so she can have two meals.

What have you tried for boosting your supply? I am taking:
My placenta pills (unfortunately that won't be possible for you)
And once I find the box it came in, fennel and basil essential oils (applied directly to the breast).
But I can definitely relate to your experience - that's how it was with M when she was a baby, too. I'm sorry you're struggling with BF, but please know that no matter how you feed your baby, it's good. Huge hugs!!

picksthemusic I've tried everything I can think of. Fenugreek, dark beer, oatmeal, lactation cookies, nursing then pumping, pumping every two hours around the clock ... none of it makes a difference. I'm now in week three of getting maybe 0.75 oz. (but usually less) from both boobs at each pumping session. I'm going to see a doctor about possible IGT

Try incorporating goat's rue. It helps build glandular tissue and increase what you already have. Also look up IGT support groups on FB, there are a few out there and they're super helpful. It can also be related to PCOS or insulin resistance - not sure if you have either of those.
