My boss just brought me a 55 count Orbit Bubblemint gum container to make-up for picking on me yesterday. Very sweet...and tempting..It is going in my desk drawer for the next 30 days.
i feel great, but i am ready for a fucking blue cheese burger on a toasted/buttered bun. lol to everyone that was all, "you won't even WANT that stuff anymore!!" i will admit that i want LESS of it (i am excited about my spaghetti squash tonight and not really missing our usual friday junk dinner,) but i still think about cheese and sweets a lot. even skim milk. i just want to pour a whole carton all over my face and drown in it.
One more weekend to get through! I am exhausted. I worked all day yesterday, had a dept. mtg. after school. Then drove 40 min. home to go to my grad class for a little over an hour to drive back to school for open house. I got to school at 6:30 am yesterday morning and got home at 8:30 pm. Talk about a long day!
Day 10. We are doing great! We've been cooking lots of food and people artwork have been really supportive. We went to happy hour and I had unsweetened ice tea with lemon and zero food, there was really nothing I could eat and enjoy. I'm glad I went to be social with coworkers.
Day 19 I think..lol. Memory loss? . It's my birthday & I had a couple tater tots (baked at home) so I semi cheated for the first time. Feeling fine & sticking to it otherwise. No tiger blood or anything. Think I better meal plan for next week, I improvised this week & ate the same thing a lot.

I am on day five. I feel okay- I have had a little headache for several days and I'm not sure if it's related or just a coincidence. I have spent a TON of money this week on food, though. And I'm sure my portions have been out of whack, but I hope they level off once I get used to not snacking and getting enough good fat into my diet. And I was mean as a snake on day three but that could have just been a coincidence, too.
