I'm going to have to stop. I made it 24 days, down 12.2 lbs.
I'm about 6 weeks pregnant and the food aversions are killing me. All I want is ginger ale, crackers, and cereal. I've been roughing it out but yesterday by dr told me my ketones were high in my urine, which is great for the diet, but not so great for being pregnant. So I did a whole 24.

Just a heads up if you decide to make another go of it once babe is born - W30 should definitely not be ketogenic. You may consider eating more fruit and starchy vegetables.

In not sure why I was in ketosis. I was eating plenty of fruit and sweet potatoes/regular potatoes a few time a week. I think my appetite decreased so much this lady week which may have contributed to it.
