Is there a way to get blood out of jeans if they've already been through the dryer? I guess I missed a spot. It is pretty faint, but it's obviously red-ish on the blue. Crap.

There is a line of stuff by Carbona that has a remover for every kind of stain you can imagine. It's usually at the end of the laundry detergent aisle. I recently bought the one for ink after I put a shirt through the dryer with ink on it and it came out. Good luck! www.carbona.com/stain-devils-4-blood-and-dairy.html
You can try soaking it in cold water, putting a little soap on it, and scrubbing with a brush. Sometimes, but not always, I can get the last bit of protein-based stain out of things that have already been laundered and dried that way.
Hydrogen peroxide is an excellent blood stain remover. I don't know how well it works on something that's gone through the dryer though. I learned this from vet techs, I'm not a skinsuit maker.
