what are y'all making? i only have tomorrow and tuesday planned and i am feeling so blah about everything. i am at the tail end so i am just itching for pizza and feeling lazy about cooking.
tonight is leftover taco meat (taco salad) tomorrow is jalapeno chicken burgers, sweet potato and probably broccoli tuesday is comfort noodles
I am also at the end (day 28) and honestly I've found this last weekend to be the hardest in terms of cravings. I'm so close that it's just harder to hold out. But whatever, I made it through.
Tonight I'm having a hash with aidell's chicken and apple sausage, apples, onions, seasoned with cinnamon and allspice Tomorrow probably grilled chicken with roasted potatoes Tuesday I'm making crockpot buffalo chicken, adapted from this recipe: www.emilybites.com/2012/07/slow-cooker-buffalo-chicken.html I'm whole30-ing it by using original Frank's instead of the wing sauce, ghee instead of light butter, and homemade ranch dressing instead of the ranch packet. I'll serve it over lettuce.
The rest of the week I am going to test/ reintroduce some of the eliminated foods.
aidells chicken and apple sausage is AMAZING. i'm not a huge fan of anything other than plain breakfast style pork sausage but i am obsessed with aidells.
