Doing good. We didn't cook last night, we were so busy. Crap! I'm going to take what we have in the fridge and dh is going to eat a salad from the salad bar at his school. Not ideal, but what are you going to do?

I just ate a delicious crustless-cheese-less quiche and will have leftover carnitas for a late lunch. I had then on a lettuce taco with guac and salsa verde.
I'm a drop out Since I started lifting weights & Whole30 my supply dropped a ton. So I am eating soaked oatmeal for breakfast and eating Whole30 the rest of the day.

Briefly and I'm trying to read more so I can come up with a better plan. I'm already struggling to eat enough calories (about 3200/day) and protein to maintain supply while exercising so trying to fix one thing at a time.
That makes sense. Eating a lot of protein is so satiating that eating other things on top of that has to be a challenge!

I'm supposed to try to eat 1/3lb of meat per meal (3meals/day) to get enough protein and its hard! Its easy to make myself eat more fat but carbs are really filling so that + filling protein....well you know how it is.
I totally get it. My protein goal everyday is 150g. Sometimes I just put mustard on things because I know I'll eat it that way
